Revenue Cycle Representative

To support the Jefferson Revenue Cycle Enterprise, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Representative will handle payment reconciliation, investigate payment issues, and collaborate with Payment Representatives and Finance to ensure accurate cash processing. Key responsibilities Identify and resolve payment issues through research and investigation, ensuring proper application of payments Utilize online payor portals for claims determination and communicate with third-party payors as needed Ensure timely and accurate posting, reconciliation, and closing of payment batches while adhering to quality assurance standards Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Proficient in Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and strong skills in MS Excel and Access Knowledge of accounting ledgers and balance sheets Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision Familiarity with web tools and technology
