Human Resources Operations Manager

Providing general Human Resources support and expertise, the full-time Human Resources Operations Manager will ensure that employees and managers receive appropriate resources and guidance regarding employment events, with the flexibility of remote work options. Key responsibilities Support and guide employees and managers on HR-related matters, including hires, changes, and departures Manage relationships with external partners to enhance HR service delivery Oversee the maintenance of HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accurate and efficient operations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources required Prior experience with payroll and HRIS systems; WorkDay and ADP preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to manage confidential information and navigate complex employee issues
