Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches tailored to client-specific needs.

• Create a personalized and flexible work schedule to accommodate diverse client availability, ensuring maximum accessibility for all members.

• Utilize advanced technology to enhance therapeutic interactions, including AI-driven prompts to facilitate client engagement and follow-through on treatment plans.

• Stay updated with the latest in mental health best practices through monthly ongoing education units (CEUs), provided free of charge.

• Provide assessments and interventions pertaining to drug and alcohol misuse, psycho-sexual issues, and familial dynamics with compassion and professionalism.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish best practices, share insights, and support optimal client outcomes.

• Facilitate community resources and support programs to enhance client treatment and recovery paths.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing challenges associated with marital discord, mental health issues, substance use, and other psychosocial stressors. Your expertise in areas such as child development and play therapy will be invaluable, particularly when working with younger clients and their families. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
