About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Jordan Chevallier Farmers Insurance in Montgomery, TX, as an Insurance Sales Auto and Home specialist. This exciting opportunity allows you to help clients protect their most valuable assets while building lasting relationships in the community. A hybrid role of remote can be attained if Farmers experience is there and processes/systems are known.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business by identifying potential clients and conducting sales presentations.
Provide expert advice on auto and home insurance products tailored to client needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for ongoing policy renewals.
Conduct policy reviews and ensure clients understand their coverage options.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide accurate information.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress efficiently.
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

Valid Texas insurance license for property and casualty.
Proven sales experience in the insurance industry or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping clients achieve their insurance goals.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
