Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify mental health concerns, strengths, and necessary resources for individual students.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques.

• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support students' emotional and academic growth.
\n
• Facilitate crisis interventions and risk assessments to ensure student safety during challenging situations.
\n
• Document all interactions and therapeutic processes accurately and in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Lead psychoeducation workshops and support groups for students and families, focusing on topics such as coping strategies, resilience-building, and mental wellness.

• Regularly liaise with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for students, ensuring their diverse needs are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support students facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and stress management. Our clientele is diverse, comprising students of different backgrounds and age groups, providing you with a rich tapestry of experiences to engage with therapeutically.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably working with children or adolescents.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques related to child and adolescent mental health.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and school staff.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a school setting or with a youth population is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
