Overview Our client is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support a nationwide workforce across multiple states. This role focuses on operational HR activities in a fast-paced environment and aims to make an immediate impact within a collaborative and growing company. The HR Generalist will support payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee support, and HR compliance for frontline workers. The ideal candidate will have strong Paychex Flex experience, multi-state HR knowledge, and the ability to operate independently. Benefits & Compensation Base salary target of $75,000 -- $95,000 Generous bonus plan Excellent 401(k) with company match Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision plans Great PTO package Hybrid work schedule Opportunity to join a growing, nationwide organization Responsibilities Support payroll processing and HR operations for a frontline workforce across multiple states Manage recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation Administer benefits programs and assist employees with benefits questions Ensure HR compliance across multi-state operations Provide employee support and guidance to managers and staff Requirements & Qualifications 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience Strong hands-on experience with Paychex Flex is highly preferred Experience processing and supporting multi-state payroll Multi-state HR compliance and administration experience Experience with benefits administration Knowledge of workers' compensation and leave administration Recruiting and onboarding experience Experience supporting frontline or field-based employee populations preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experience Must Haves Ability to step into a fast-moving HR environment with minimal ramp-up time Experience supporting payroll functions and HR operations simultaneously Comfortable supporting employees across multiple time zones Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Ability to work closely with leadership and management teams Comfortable handling a broad variety of HR responsibilities Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, field service, or similar operational environments is a plus Experience working in growing or evolving organizations strongly preferred HRIS transition or implementation experience is a plus Preferred Background & Skills Paychex Flex power-user level experience Experience supporting organizations with 200 employees Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth organizations Exposure to HR process improvement initiatives Startup or rapidly scaling company experience Ability to balance employee support with operational execution Strong problem-solving and ownership mentality JOB ID : 176296 #post Neil Lurvey #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwin Recruiting
