We are an established manufacturer of architectural and commercial lighting products seeking a professional, motivated Customer Service - Inside Sales Associate to support our sales initiatives and strengthen communication with our network of agents, distributors, and prospective customers.

This role is responsible for proactive outreach, relationship development, and accurate management of contact and sales information. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and confident communicating by phone and email in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with sales agents and distributors to introduce new products, explain product features, and provide updates on sales goals, promotions, and company initiatives
• Conduct consistent follow-up on prior communications, opportunities, and sales activity
• Perform cold calling to establish new contacts and develop potential business relationships
• Maintain and update contact databases, including phone numbers, email addresses, company information, and new contact creation
• Support internal sales efforts through coordination, communication, and general inside sales functions
• Ensure accuracy and organization of sales and contact records

• Professional, upbeat demeanor with a strong and confident phone presence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High energy level, self-motivated, and proactive work style
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for managing and updating information
• Experience with inside sales, customer communication, or sales support preferred
• Experience in lighting, electrical, construction, or related industries is an advantage but not required
