IT Support Specialist
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $22-$25/hour
We are seeking a first-level IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to end-users with desktop hardware and software issues. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills who enjoys helping others and providing timely, customer-focused IT support.

IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a first-level IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to end-users with desktop hardware and software issues. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills who enjoys helping others and providing timely, customer-focused IT support.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve first-level desktop hardware and software issues
- Install, maintain, and support desktop systems and related equipment
- Use diagnostic tools and established procedures to identify technical problems
- Provide timely technical assistance to staff across the organization
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate
- Deliver professional and responsive customer service
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of related IT experience
- Valid Florida driver's license required
- Must be 21+ with at least 2 years of licensed driving experience
- DMV record review required
