Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Research state websites and public records following established guidelines.
• Review search results and determine which information is most important.
• Prioritize findings and accurately enter information into company systems.
• Work in two computer systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Perform data entry and 10-key entry with speed and precision.
• Coordinate research projects while meeting quality and productivity goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry, research, administrative support, or a similar office environment is preferred.
• Strong 10-key data entry skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent computer and typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
