Receptionist Lead | German Centre
$17.00 – $19.00/hour , based on experience
Full-Time, Days, Weekend/Holiday rotations as needed

Delivering Solutions that Matter:

• Lead daily front desk operations by providing exceptional customer service, managing the multi-line phone system, and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment.
• Create and manage the Receptionist schedule, coordinate coverage, and support staffing needs to ensure seamless front desk operations.
• Train, mentor, and support Receptionist team members while ensuring compliance with front desk procedures, security protocols, and customer service standards.
• Perform administrative duties, including visitor management, deliveries, clerical support, and distribution of facility information.

Qualifications for Success:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Age 18+ years of age
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in general office procedures, administrative support, and clerical tasks, including experience with standard office equipment and computer applications.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
