Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans aligned with each client's goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using secure virtual platforms, addressing a wide range of mental health disorders.

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients, guiding them through the treatment process while encouraging their active involvement in goal setting.

• Utilize various treatment modalities that resonate with clients' unique preferences, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches, adapting techniques as needed throughout the therapeutic journey.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients in a remote setting.
