Who We're Seeking:

We are currently searching for an experienced and highly skilled Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accounting, with 4-5 years of relevant working experience. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a proven track record in financial management.

Location: Pakistan, Philippine (Remote)

Office Timing: US Time Zone 

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely record financial transactions in the accounting system and perform reconciliations to ensure account balances are intact at all times;
• Work closely with the accounting function in month-end closing to meet all financial reporting deadlines;
• Provide support to the taxation function in monthly filings, tax payments and liaison with the external counsel on data request;
• Assist the payable function to ensure timely processing of vendor payments after performing due verifications and ensure strict adherence to internal control policies;
• Assist the receivable function in managing daily sales collections, maintain collection reports and perform periodical follow-up on the company's receivables;
• Take ownership of monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Address complex employee claims and requests related to payroll.
• Prepare any ad-hoc reports required by cross-functional managers and provide all necessary assistance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable.
• 4-5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Proven proficiency in using financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
