Overview Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Home Health at Adoration Home Health, Jeffersonville, IN. Provide 1:1 care to patients in their homes and work with a physical therapist to deliver patient‑centered rehabilitation. Office Location & Coverage Area Jeffersonville, IN — covering Orange, Washington, and Jackson counties. Schedule & Compensation Full‑time. Sign‑on bonus of $5,000 for external candidates. Consult with the Physical Therapist regularly regarding the patient’s plan of treatment, status of progress, and any questions or concerns. Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the Physical Therapist of record and assist in securing special adaptive equipment to improve function. Incorporate the use of adaptive equipment into the rehabilitation program. Maintain and submit patient treatment and billing documentation in the required format and timelines per company, facility, funding source and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification in accordance with state regulations. Minimum of one year’s work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
