# Unity Team LeadRemote#### About The Position#### Requirements**Unity Team Lead role requires:*** 5+ years of experience as Unity developer (C# – Must)* 2+ years experience leading and managing development teams* Strong Unity experience in mobile game development (Android & iOS – Must)* Experience in the full mobile game development lifecycle (prototype to live ops)* Experience working with AI tools and being AI-driven in development processes (e.g., AI-assisted coding, optimization, automation, or gameplay systems)* Strong understanding of game architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles* Deep experience in profiling and performance optimization (CPU/GPU)* Experience working with Git in a multi-developer environment* Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset* Curiosity and openness to leveraging AI technologies to improve development efficiency, performance, and innovation* Experience working on live games with large-scale user bases* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing* Knowledge of shaders and rendering pipelines* Experience integrating analytics, A/B testing, and monetization systems* Backend integration experience**CrazyLabs commitments:**Employee benefits are part of our love language.
