Job Title
Buyer needed for a non-automotive, international manufacturing facility in the Knoxville area. This is an excellent work environment offering a diverse workforce, flexible hours, and a great reputation within their industry. The Buyer will create purchase orders, order raw materials and manage inventory. Will interface suppliers and communicate shortages and delays to manufacturing. Will also be involved in negotiating prices to minimize costs. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Qualified candidates will have BS degree along with 5 years Purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment. Relocation assistance is NOT available for this role.
