As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our project of large commercial construction and development projects.
Responsibilities will include:
Sourcing Local Sub-Contractors: Call on local contractors and determine qualifications
Managing Bidding , Send out construction plans and scopes of work to Subcontractors
Prepare Bids Level bid sheets and contract prep forms for signature
Process Paperwork RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders. Update Logs on a daily basis
Prepare Meeting Agendas Weekly Sub contractors, Owners Meeting and Safety Meetings
Schedule Communicating with Stakeholders schedule changes and updates
High School Diploma
Strong work ethic
Experience working at a GC or Sub-contractors office
Proficiency in with MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel
Detail-oriented
