Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid to senior level corporate associate specializing in fund formation with four to eight years of experience. This role is available in Boston, New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Seattle, Silicon Valley, or Washington, D.C. The candidate must be barred in the state of the office location or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam. Duties Organize and advise venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators, and crypto-related funds. Provide counsel on corporate and securities regulations. Requirements Four to eight years of experience in VC or PE private investment fund formation and counseling. Superior academic credentials and top-tier professional experience. Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
