Channel Sales Manager – HVAC | Northeast US

Remote / Field-based

Up to $150K base + bonus + equity

CrimsonXT is working with a well-funded, high-growth HVAC technology business that’s expanding its sales presence across the Northeast. They’re growing through a network of independent HVAC contractors and are hiring a field-based channel sales leader to drive that growth in the region.

\n

It’s an early, influential hire with a lot of autonomy and the chance to shape how the business grows in the Northeast.

\n

The Role

\n

You’ll be responsible for developing and growing a network of contractor partners across the region. That means opening new relationships, supporting and developing existing ones, and spending plenty of time in the field with the businesses you work with.

\n

\n

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Identify and win new HVAC contractor and dealer relationships across the region
\n
• Develop existing partners through regular visits, coaching and support
\n
• Run product and sales training for contractor teams
\n
• Track partner performance and put plans in place to drive growth
\n
• Build visibility for the brand through industry events and local networks
\n
• Share field insight with internal teams to help shape the go-to-market approach
\n

\n

What You’ll Bring

\n

\n
• 5+ years in channel, territory or business development sales, ideally in HVAC or building products
\n
• Strong knowledge of ductless and heat pump systems
\n
• A track record of both winning new business and growing existing accounts
\n
• An established network of HVAC contractors in the Northeast (a strong advantage)
\n
• Comfort with significant regional travel
\n
• A self-motivated approach and confidence managing your own territory
\n
