Responsibilities Evaluate best practices and determine standardization plans while creating field SOPs and templates. Collaborate with technicians and conduct training and operational audits. Lead process improvement initiatives and summarize reporting to enhance quality and processes. Develop and maintain a comprehensive catalog of technical training materials and deliver engaging training sessions. Act as a subject matter expert for field technicians, providing guidance and support as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience with at least 8 years of relevant field experience. NETA level 3 or 4 certification or equivalent recognized certification. Proven expertise in common Power Systems topics and experience with the NFPA 70E Standard. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to changes in workflow while meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience presenting to groups and training others. Proven ability to build training programs from the ground up. Intermediate skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills preferred. Passion for learning and teaching others. Willingness to accommodate unconventional training requests.
