Business Development Manager

Responsibilities Actively support Polish Offshore Project development, specifically in areas: Preparation of Steering Committee Meetings Coordination of all modules and its time-frame management Support of technical Teams in performing their job Establish and strengthen relationships with key project stakeholders Besides Polish Offshore Project Candidate shall perform: Monitor tenders and upcoming offshore wind projects Coordinate bid and proposal preparation with internal teams Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments Prepare market intelligence reports and strategic recommendations Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Legal, SCM, HSE, and Finance teams Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial roles. Proven track record of generating and securing new business opportunities. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluent English (written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of the Offshore Wind value chain is an advantage but not a must. Strong engineering profile in one of the key areas for OW projects.
