Job Description Job Description Join Our Team as a Machine Operator in Maple Grove, MN! Are you a mechanically inclined individual with a passion for manufacturing? Pay: $20.00/hour 2nd Shift: 3:30pm-2:00am Mon -Thu and Friday 1:30pm-10pm, as needed NOTE: will train on 1st shift for the first 2-3 weeks, 5:30am-2pm Mon-Fri What You'll Do: As a Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in our production process. You'll operate and maintain machinery, ensuring we produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include: Operating automatic and semi-automatic equipment. Setting up tooling and performing basic equipment repairs. Troubleshooting equipment issues. Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Following all safety procedures. What You'll Need: 1-2+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work efficiently and meet production standards. Ability to learn and cross-train on a variety of machines. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
