Schedule: Full-Time | Mon & Wed 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM | Tue & Thu 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM | Fri 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Half-day Fridays!) We operate out of a beautiful, 8-operatory practice supported by a tight-knit clinical and administrative team (2 Doctors, 2 Hygienists, 2 Assistants, a Sterilization Tech, and a dedicated 2-person Front Desk team). Key Responsibilities Patient Hospitality: Warmly greet patients, manage check-in/check-out processes, and maintain an organized, welcoming reception area. Scheduling & Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, schedule/confirm appointments, optimize the office calendar, and follow up on unscheduled treatment. Insurance & Billing: Verify dental insurance coverage/benefits, submit claims, collect co-pays/deductibles, and assist with financial options and treatment plans. Patient Records: Accurately collect and update medical histories, chart details, and insurance information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with our dentists, hygienists, and assistants to ensure smooth daily patient flow. Qualifications & Skills Required: 1+ years of customer service, front office, or administrative experience (dental or medical background highly preferred) Required: Basic dental/medical insurance knowledge and comfortable verifying benefits & co-pays Required: Exceptional communication, phone etiquette, and organizational skills Required: Computer proficiency and strong attention to detail with patient records Mindset: Eager, motivated, fast learner, dependable, and a true team player with a warm, welcoming personality!
