Esta posición lidera la gestión de la página web, OTAs y plataformas digitales, asegurando una experiencia de usuario óptima y alineada con la estrategia comercial del hotel. **Requisitos** * Licenciatura en Marketing, Negocios, Tecnología o afín.* Experiencia mínima de 3 años en ecommerce o distribución digital en hotelería.* Dominio del idioma inglés.* Experiencia en gestión de OTAs, CRS y channel managers.* Conocimiento en analítica web (Google Analytics, etc.).* Experiencia en CRO (optimización de conversión).* Manejo de plataformas digitales y CMS.#### Experiencia y aptitudes deseadas* Perfil analítico y orientado a datos.* Pensamiento estratégico digital.* Capacidad de optimización continua.* Atención al detalle.* Innovación y adaptación a tendencias digitales.
