Program Overview Supports Federal financial management operations through accounts payable processing, grants support, reconciliations, customer service, and audit readiness. Position Overview Processes grants-related financial transactions, banking requests, user access, entity registration, reconciliations, and customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with Federal financial requirements. Core Responsibilities Process grant payments, journal vouchers, ACH and wire transactions. Research banking requests, user access, entity registrations, and account inquiries. Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Maintain accounting records and audit documentation. Support Customer Liaison and Accounting operations. Apply Federal accounting practices and internal controls. Use Microsoft Office and financial systems daily. Minimum Qualifications One year of accounts payable or financial operations experience (or three years in a similar AP role). Knowledge of accounting practices, reconciliations, and documentation. Strong communication and customer service skills. Microsoft Office proficiency. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Preferred Qualifications Federal financial management or grants experience. Experience with banking requests, reconciliations, and audit support. Experience using financial systems and ticketing platforms.
