Advantixx Insurance Agency is an independently owned and operated Farmers agency serving individuals, families, and businesses from our Henderson, Nevada office. Our team provides personal, commercial, life, and related insurance solutions through responsive service, disciplined follow-through, and ethical, compliant advice.
Employment is with Advantixx Insurance Agency and is separate from employment with Farmers Insurance Exchange or its affiliates.

ROLE SUMMARY
Build a commercial-lines book of business through prospecting, risk discovery, carrier collaboration, and long-term client relationship management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop prospects through referrals, networking, community outreach, and disciplined outbound activity.
- Conduct discovery meetings and gather complete underwriting information.
- Coordinate submissions, proposals, and coverage comparisons with agency and carrier partners.
- Present solutions clearly, close new business, and maintain an accurate pipeline.
- Support renewals, cross-selling, retention, and stewardship for commercial clients.
- Follow licensing, documentation, privacy, and carrier requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Nevada Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain it promptly.
- Commercial insurance, B2B sales, banking, payroll, benefits, or business-development experience is preferred.
- Strong consultative selling, organization, negotiation, and follow-through.
- Existing community relationships are a plus.
Compensation
Compensation: $15.00/hr base wage (W-2), always paid and never deducted from or recovered against commission. Plus commission on new business only: 30% on agency-provided leads and 45% on self-generated business during your first 90 days, increasing to 40% / 55% after the 90-day review if production targets are met. Overtime is paid per Nevada law. Commission depends on individual production and is not guaranteed.
Full-time, in-office in Henderson, NV.
