Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in requirements gathering , technical documentation , and analytics‑driven problem solving . This is a contract‑to‑hire role requiring you to be onsite in Plano, TX three days per week . Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering — Partner with stakeholders to collect, clarify, and validate business needs. Technical Story Writing — Write user stories, technical briefs, and clear documentation. Analytics Discovery — Dig into what analytics teams truly need by asking smart, probing questions. Translate requests such as “I need a dashboard for these things” into structured, actionable requirements. Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, workflows, and documentation. Peel back layers of ambiguous problems to uncover root needs and ensure clarity before development begins. Required Experience 5–7 years of business analysis experience Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation Ability to translate business needs into precise technical requirements Experience with Jira and Confluence Strong analytical mindset and comfort defining analytics/reporting requirements Nice to Have MarTech experience (CRM, CDP, Loyalty Systems such as Zeta or Cheetah) Experience supporting dashboard or analytics teams Familiarity with component/data architecture concepts #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
