Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client sessions to assess progress, provide feedback, and make modifications to treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and oversee personalized treatment strategies, ensuring each plan is centered on the client's unique needs and strengths.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, targeting specific emotional and behavioral challenges faced by youth.

• Engage in individual supervision to continually improve clinical skills and expand therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including doctors, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate holistic care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus primarily on youth clients, including children and adolescents struggling with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mental Health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing standards for practice.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or populations affected by substance abuse.

• Proven experience in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and administering individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
