Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct dynamic and supportive group sessions, encouraging interaction and connection among clients, where they can share their experiences, insights, and mutual support.

• Individual Counseling: Deliver tailored, empathetic therapy sessions that focus on helping clients unpack their thoughts and feelings, while collaboratively developing personalized coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Work directly with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented, taking into consideration their unique needs, preferences, and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to regularly track and evaluate clients' mental health progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their feedback and outcomes.

• Collaboration: Engage in regular communication with our multidisciplinary team to discuss client updates, coordinate care, and consult on complex cases, ensuring a holistic treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, who often face transitional life challenges, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. You’ll employ evidence-based and holistic treatment programs tailored to meet the needs of this dynamic age group, fostering resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth through guided therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• Hold valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, particularly working with youth and young adults facing mood disorders in either residential or outpatient settings.

• A collaborative mindset with a passion for facilitating positive change in clients’ lives.

• Strong clinical competencies in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and thorough documentation practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of professional experience working as a counselor within a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
