Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, creating and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships that promote client trust and engagement.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to track progress, discuss stability, and arrange future appointments, guiding them through their mental health journey.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring that interventions are effective and meaningful.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards and legal requirements.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to establish client history and immediate needs, facilitating a positive start to the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing various therapeutic modalities suited to the client's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and valid California licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Hopestone Psychiatric Services, we offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $104,000 annually, complemented by significant bonus opportunities. Our fee-for-service model guarantees timely payments ahead of collection, alleviating the financial uncertainties often faced by clinicians. This position also allows for W2 employment, emphasizing a healthy work-life balance, mental health prioritization, and a supportive outpatient practice led by experienced clinicians.
