Position Summary


Seeking a versatile HR professional to support payroll, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and administrative operations. This role will serve as a key liaison across departments while ensuring efficient HR processes and regulatory compliance.


Responsibilities

• Administer payroll and employee records through a PEO platform
• Manage onboarding, new hire orientation, and offboarding activities
• Support employee relations and assist with union-related matters as needed
• Coordinate workplace safety, OSHA compliance, and related documentation
• Prepare and maintain HR correspondence, memorandums, contracts, and personnel records
• Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and various internal departments
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and workforce administration
• Support HR compliance initiatives and day-to-day administrative operations

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources, payroll administration, or employee relations
• Familiarity with ADP, PEO environments, or similar HRIS/payroll systems
• Knowledge of onboarding, compliance, and workplace safety practices
• Exposure to unionized work environments preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
