Client Account Lead, Managing Director (Army) Drive the expansion and success within the Department of Army. This executive role sets vision, manages P&L, develops GTM strategy, and delivers profitable growth across this vital business sector. The leader maintains relationships with executive clients, ensures satisfaction, and builds and leads high‑performing, highly engaged program teams. Required Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in federal government contracting, with a significant focus on large‑scale delivery, business development, and strategic growth. Minimum of 5 years of executive‑level leadership experience with direct accountability for financial growth targets. Demonstrable, verifiable history of winning significant, multi‑million dollar contracts. Deep, current, and credible relationships with senior leadership across the federal government. Experience building and/or managing a team or organization. Currently has a government clearance or must be willing to obtain a government clearance. Bonus Points If Advanced degree. 15+ years of industry experience. Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas. Curiosity for learning about new technology and industry best practices, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action. Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent people management and relationship development skills. In‑depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices. Extras US Citizenship Required. Compensation Base pay range for this position varies by location and is based on labor costs.
