Benefits: 401(k) Employee discounts Paid time off About the Role: Tru Terras Landscaping LLC is looking for a skilled Landscape Construction & Hardscape Specialist to join our growing team in Snohomish, WA! This is an exciting opportunity to bring outdoor spaces to life through expert craftsmanship, creativity, and hands-on construction work. Responsibilities: Install and construct hardscape features including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and driveways Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation for landscape construction projects Lay pavers, natural stone, concrete, and other hardscape materials with precision and care Install landscape elements such as planting beds, edging, drainage systems, and irrigation Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, tools, and machinery safely Collaborate with project leads to ensure timely, high-quality project completion Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with safety standards Requirements: Prior experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, or a related trade Proficiency with hardscape materials including pavers, block, stone, and concrete Ability to operate skid steers, compactors, and other landscaping equipment Strong physical stamina — ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude Valid driver's license preferred; ability to tow trailers a plus OSHA or safety certifications a plus but not required About Us: Tru Terras Landscaping LLC is a trusted landscaping company serving the Snohomish, WA area with a passion for creating beautiful, functional outdoor environments.
