Bend Studio, renowned creator of Days Gone , Uncharted: Golden Abyss , and Syphon Filter , is seeking outstanding talent to join our passionate and creative team in crafting our next high-profile AAA title.

We are seeking a Community Manager to deliver execution of marketing and social strategies to support the game and its players. In this role, you will be embedded with our community and act as a voice of the studio to incentivize long-term retention, create engaging content to help shape the identity of all public-facing channels, and drive daily engagement with our players.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of communication skills, creativity, and passion for our games to represent our players and our studio.

This role is eligible for full remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with the community daily through our official social media channels.
• Actively stay on current trends that relate to our brand and games to create engaging and original content.
• Collaborate effectively with Marketing, PR, and Product to execute social strategies and community initiatives.
• Partner with prominent community members.
• Develop strategies to help our social media channels grow and convert community members to community leaders.
• Moderate player discussions online and escalate appropriate action internally.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for our players across all spaces.

Qualifications: 3+ years of proven experience as a Community Manager or related field. Strong understanding of community and social media engagement in the video game industry. Strong collaboration skills with a commitment to positive team culture. Ability to act quickly in a fast-paced environment to meet various deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledgeable in various platforms including Discord, TikTok, X, Instagram, and Twitch. Must love games and have a passion for creating them!

At SIE, working with our partners, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the individual base pay range may vary based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below, this is an hourly rate.

$36—$48 USD
