Disclosure & Operations Assistant (Entry-Level) job at Summit Home Lending. Huntington Beach, CA. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Disclosure & Operations Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to start a long-term career in the mortgage industry. You’ll primarily assist with the loan disclosure process, making sure documents are accurate and compliant, while also being cross-trained to help with other key operational functions such as processing support, file management, and client communication.
