Commercial Lines Account Manager – Small to Mid-Market Accounts (Florida)

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 base + full benefits
Work Setting: Hybrid or In-Office (Florida-based)

Systems: EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 required

We’re seeking a dedicated insurance professional with a strong background in commercial lines to manage a book of small to mid-sized accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of small to mid-sized commercial P&C accounts, ensuring timely renewals and excellent service delivery.

• Provide consultative support on coverages, claims, and policy changes.

• Market and quote new and renewal business using carrier relationships and rating tools.

• Collaborate with producers and underwriters to secure competitive pricing and coverage.

• Maintain organized, accurate client records for compliance and renewals.

• Address and resolve coverage questions, billing inquiries, and service issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of commercial insurance experience in an independent agency setting.

• Active 220 P&C License required.

• Experience using EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 is essential.

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

• Industry designations such as CIC, CRIS, CPCU are a plus.
