Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a crucial liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers to ensure seamless communication and support throughout the care continuum.

• Engage with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification and manage utilization reviews necessary for treatment approvals.

• Participate in comprehensive discharge and aftercare planning, ensuring clients receive the ongoing support they need after leaving our care.
\n
• Provide therapeutic meal support, helping clients build a healthy relationship with food by modeling effective coping strategies.
\n
• Deliver compassionate, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to the unique backgrounds and intersecting identities of each client.

• Document clinical notes and client progress in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational protocols, ensuring a complete and accurate record of care.

Qualifications\n
