Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Assessing the counseling needs of clients using comprehensive evaluation tools and methods.

• Utilizing DSM criteria to evaluate clients for substance abuse diagnoses, ensuring the accurate determination of the appropriate level of care.
\n
• Preparing and maintaining detailed treatment plans focused on substance abuse recovery while working collaboratively with clients and their support systems.

• Developing individualized discharge and continuum of care plans to facilitate smooth transitions to the appropriate levels of care.

• Documenting all counseling activities, assessments, referrals, and follow-ups meticulously in the client’s clinical record.

• Managing a caseload of clients, maintaining regular updates on case management and treatment planning duties, as well as clinical charting as required.

• Coordinating support services for clients and their families, ensuring all interactions and interventions are accurately recorded.

• Engaging with external referral sources including legal representatives, educational institutions, and employers to foster client support.

• Facilitating crisis interventions by employing a multi-disciplinary team approach to address immediate needs and issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical focus will primarily be on individuals dealing with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
