Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' counseling needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address both substance use and any co-occurring disorders.

• Utilize DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) criteria to evaluate clients for substance abuse diagnoses, determining the appropriate level of care aligned with ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) guidelines.

• Prepare comprehensive substance abuse counseling components as part of individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Create discharge and continuum of care plans to facilitate clients' movement through various levels of care as needed.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all counseling sessions, assessments, recommendations, and other client interactions in accordance with clinical best practices.
\n
• Manage a caseload that includes ongoing case management, regular treatment planning, and clinical charting responsibilities.
\n
• Coordinate support services for clients and their families, ensuring all interventions are documented and followed through.
\n
• Engage with external referral sources, including legal, educational, and workplace contacts, to enhance holistic support for clients.
\n
• Lead crisis intervention efforts using a multidisciplinary team approach, addressing acute issues effectively and empathetically.

You will work primarily with clients facing challenges associated with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is essential.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
