Operations Lead

Role Description The Operations Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Lone Tree, CO. This role oversees daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, back-of-house organization, and adherence to operational standards and procedures. The Operations Lead collaborates closely with store leadership to optimize staffing, scheduling, and workflow to support sales, client service, and brand presentation. This position is responsible for monitoring key operational metrics, coordinating shipment processing, and ensuring compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company policies. The Operations Lead also trains and guides team members on operational best practices, supports cross-functional communication between sales and operations teams, and contributes to a positive, inclusive, and high-performance store culture. Qualifications Operational and organizational skills, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and back-of-house coordination. Leadership and people-management skills, with experience guiding teams, delegating tasks, and supporting performance and development. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with store leadership, cross-functional teams, and diverse colleagues. Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to support a seamless client experience through efficient and accurate store operations. Comfort with using point-of-sale, inventory, and other retail systems; ability to learn and apply new technologies and tools. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for managing priorities, resolving operational issues, and maintaining compliance with policies. Ability to work on-site in Lone Tree, CO, including standing, moving stock, and performing physical tasks commonly required in retail operations. Previous experience in retail operations or a similar role is preferred; knowledge of beauty products and brands is a plus.
