Administrative Assistant for Human Resources

Job Title

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Able to operate personal computer, laptop computer, peripheral computer equipment, photocopier, fax machine, and other office equipment with a high degree of accuracy
• Highly motivated; able to multitask
• Prior secretarial experience preferred

Essential Job Functions

1. Prepares correspondences, reports, and other materials as directed by the Supervisor
2. Disseminates relevant information pertaining to specific responsibilities
3. Demonstrates effective organizational skills in the completion of assigned duties
4. Maintains records and bookkeeping for the assigned department

Other Job Functions

1. Maintains confidentiality
2. Attends meetings and trainings as directed
3. Presents and communicates in a professional manner
4. Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Salary Range: $30,268.02-$45,402.06
