Pharmacy Technician

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (may vary, open hours are 8am-6pm) 40 hrs/wk. 8.5hr shift with 30min lunch. Description Active WA state Pharmacy Technician License in good standing is required. Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must. Summary This position takes in‑coming calls from members, providers, etc. providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria‑based prior authorization process, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of inventory. The role will mainly focus on Production, with an opportunity to learn other roles such as patient outreach, intake, shipping, or prior authorization. Experience Experience in a customer service position with HIGH VOLUME CALL CENTER, preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position. Active WA state Pharmacy Technician License in good standing is required. Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must. Education Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
