Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify their developmental needs, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

• Collaborate as an integral team member in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring a tailored approach to each child's unique circumstances.
\n
• Monitor outcomes and progress, providing regular updates to families and team members to aid in adjusting strategies and interventions.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment approach to enhance developmental outcomes for children.
\n
• Engage with families to build rapport and foster open communication, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process.
\n
• Offer training, resources, and skill-building activities to families, empowering them to facilitate their child's growth and development.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations and organizational policies, ensuring the health and safety of both staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support children from birth to three years old who may have disabilities or delays in development. Through direct engagement and tailored interventions, you will assist in guiding their growth during these critical early years. You will also work closely with their families, providing emotional support, education, and practical strategies to navigate challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
\n
• A valid driver's license is necessary for any in-person assessments or meetings.
\n
• Demonstrated commitment to best practices in early intervention and natural learning environments.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience as a social worker, particularly in early intervention services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
