Business Process Specialist SeniorAmentum is seeking a Business Process Specialist (Sr-Level) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's Defense Intelligence Enterprise. Intelligence organizations run on processes, and processes drift. As a Business Process Specialist supporting DIA, you'll be the person who measures what's actually happening, finds where risk and waste live, and builds the case for making it better. This is a role for someone who likes evidence: you'll map intelligence-related business processes, build and monitor metrics, survey stakeholders, and use statistical analysis to turn 'we think this is slow' into 'here's exactly where and here's the fix.' At the senior level, you'll do this work at its highest degree of difficulty, and you'll multiply your impact by leading and mentoring the team around you. This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, security clearance verification, and funding availability.Work Schedule: 5 days, 8 hours/day M-FEssential Responsibilities:Lead process improvement initiatives end to end, from baseline measurement through implemented changeAdvise government leaders on where to invest improvement effort, backed by benchmark comparisons and statistical evidenceDesign the metrics frameworks that mid-level specialists execute againstMentor the business analysis team and standardize methods across the programPresent findings and recommendations to senior decision makers in clear, compelling termsMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):Active TS/SCI clearance12+ years of relevant business process experience, with recent experience within the last 2 yearsMaster's degree desired in a related fieldDemonstrated leadership of process improvement effortsTrack record of quantifiable performance improvementsSecurity Clearance Required:Active TS/SCI clearanceMinimum Education:Master's degree desired in a related fieldMinimum Years of Experience:12+ years of relevant business process experience, with recent experience within the last 2 yearsPreferred Qualifications:DIA or Defense Intelligence Enterprise experienceProgram transition support experienceLean Six Sigma Black Belt or comparable advanced certificationCompensation Details:80,000 - 160,000The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
