Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services as a social worker, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing integrated care plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to help clients navigate their experiences with severe emotional challenges or mental illness.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies as necessary, applying appropriate techniques to support clients during critical moments.

• Be available for on-call support outside of regular working hours to address immediate client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
