City Volkswagen of Evanston is growing, and we are actively seeking motivated Automotive Sales Associates / Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team.

We welcome candidates with experience in automotive sales, retail sales, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, or other relationship-focused industries. Paid training is available for motivated individuals ready to build a long-term automotive career.

 

Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000+ annual earning potential

High-performing team members have the opportunity to earn six figures in our high-volume dealership environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Respond to internet inquiries, incoming calls, and showroom guests
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Learn Volkswagen product information, technology, trim packages, and financing options
• Follow up with customers using CRM and dealership software systems
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores and positive online reviews
• Work closely with finance, management, and service departments

What We’re Looking For

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Automotive dealership experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivated, coachable, and career-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Valid driver’s license required
