Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on evidence-based practice, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and other therapeutic techniques.

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions, ensuring that each client's unique circumstances are taken into account to promote effective outcomes.

• Offer specialized support to clients dealing with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), employing targeted strategies that are sensitive to their needs.

• Coordinate case management services, facilitating referrals to additional resources or support as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with ICD-9 standards, ensuring meticulous documentation for every interaction and treatment plan.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Champions Recovery, Ltd offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
