Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying needs and formulating individualized treatment plans.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions when appropriate, fostering a sense of community and shared experience among participants.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary based on an ongoing evaluation of outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
