HR-Generalist

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support human resources operations for a growing manufacturing company in Aston, Pennsylvania. This role will handle a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and HR records management. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Support day-to-day HR operations for plant and office employees.Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.Administer new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, payroll, and HR programs.Assist with benefits enrollment, leave administration, and workers’ compensation coordination.Support employee relations efforts by addressing workplace concerns and escalating issues as appropriate.Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.Coordinate performance review processes, disciplinary documentation, and policy acknowledgments.Partner with managers on staffing needs, employee engagement, attendance issues, and retention initiatives.Track HR metrics and prepare reports related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and recruiting activity.Support training and development initiatives, including safety and compliance-related programs in partnership with operations leadership.Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and employee experience.
