Part-Time Temporary Receptionist – Bilingual (English/Spanish) Aventura, FL Schedule: Tuesday, Wed, Thursday, 9:30 AM–3:00 PM Duration: Temporary assignment, approximately 4 months Pay: per hour, depending on experience Start Date: immediately About the Role The QKapital Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist to support our front desk on a part-time, temporary basis. This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and is well suited to someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, Key Responsibilities Greet and check in clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish Manage the front desk email inbox and general correspondence Schedule and coordinate appointments and conference room bookings Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full schedule above Comfortable with basic office software (email, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office) Available to start on short notice The QKapital Group is an equal opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr The Q Kapital Group Corp
