This role is primarily onsite, where you will conduct therapy sessions in a home care setting as well as at our outpatient clinic. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customized assessment and treatment plans for each patient, focusing on their personal rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a selective patient caseload that allows for adequate time and resources to ensure effective recovery outcomes.
• Exhibit advanced proficiency in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing your background and experience to support each patient.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies to enhance patient mobility, placing a strong emphasis on non-surgical interventions to reduce unnecessary medication reliance.
• Design comprehensive care blueprints that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
• Tailor personalized fitness and wellness regimens that promote healthy living and fitness among patients.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure the effectiveness of interventions and improve patient outcomes.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, celebrating milestones and progress.
• Promote physical health by addressing strengths, flexibility, balance, and coordination through targeted therapeutic exercises.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other medical professionals to provide cohesive and multifaceted patient care.
• Continuously assess treatment effectiveness and monitor patient progress, adapting plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse array of patients, primarily including individuals recovering from athletic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and those with chronic pain or mobility issues. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license within New York State, with an impeccable record free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional mastery of manual therapy techniques and a strong foundation in developing exercise programs.
• Ability to effectively utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, for accurate documentation.
• A current knowledge base of physical therapy trends, techniques, and advancements supported by clinical research.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a similar outpatient or home care setting, specifically in sports medicine and rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Experience in developing wellness programs that support holistic health and recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
